4.5 million young people do an internship in Europe. It has become a requirement to get a job. But, most internships do not fulfill their purpose… This year edition aims at bringing transparency to the labour market  by collectively rating the quality of our internships, apprenticeships and entry-level jobs with the Transparency At Work campaign.
â Â Quality Internships: first step towards a proper employment?
How important are quality internships in society? The campaign Transparency at work will challenge the status quo: we make employers accountable, empower young professionals, and reinforce advocacy with data! Come see how you can use TAW tools and shake up the labour market đ.Â
